Trump Gold Card is a program that provides permanent residency to investors who make donations to the US. These donations are considered sufficient proof that the investor will provide significant benefits to the United States. There are three types of applications: Trump Gold Card, Trump Platinum Card, and Trump Corporate Gold Card.
Trump Gold Card is a new immigrant visa program for investors who provide economic benefits to the United States. Pre-applications are accepted via TrumpCard.gov. The requirements announced so far are as follows:
If the individual applicant or corporate sponsor wants their spouse or unmarried children under 21 to accompany the cardholder in the US, each family member must be included in the initial application. This ensures that these family members benefit from all privileges provided under the Gold Card Program, including the expedited processing procedure. An additional non-refundable DHS processing fee of $15,000 USD and a donation (gift) of $1 million USD apply for each family member.
Trump Gold Card pre-applications are accepted via TrumpCard.gov. A non-refundable DHS processing fee ($15,000) is paid during the application.
An investment strategy is developed with our partners. Fill out the pre-application form available on the TrumpCard.gov website. At this stage, source of funds, identification information, and a security preliminary review are conducted.
When official documents are published, the applicant is expected to submit documents such as a copy of identity and passport, criminal record, financial documents showing the source of funds, and a statement of admissibility to the US.
A donation (gift) of the specified amount is made to the US (United States). For the Trump Corporate Gold Card, the donation amount is set at $2,000,000 USD per employee.
Following the approval of the application, a residency card is issued for the applicant under the permanent residency status.
Upon approval, the applicant and eligible family members obtain residency status providing the opportunity to live and work in the US.
Applicants maintaining permanent residency status may have the opportunity to apply for citizenship in accordance with the periods and conditions stipulated in US legislation.
Trump Platinum Card is a program that provides temporary residency. This program has been introduced but has not yet legally entered into force. Also known as the Trump Platinum Card. In exchange for a $5,000,000 donation, it provides the right to stay in the United States for up to 270 days per year. It has been stated that tax exemption will be provided for income earned outside the United States. Currently, there is only a waitlist; the application process has not yet started.
Trump Corporate Gold Card is an immigration program that provides permanent residency for employees of companies contributing to the US economy. Also known as the Trump Corporate Gold Card. It is issued to corporate sponsors applying for one or more employees. The $2 million donation made for each employee is considered proof that the employee will provide significant benefit to the United States.
A corporate sponsor may terminate a sponsorship relationship with an employee and use the donation tied to the previous application to support a new employee; in this case, a new $2 million donation is not required. Subject to annual maintenance fee and transfer fee. Unlike the EB-5 investor visa, there is no job creation requirement.
The total projected costs for investors wishing to apply for the Trump Gold Card program may vary depending on the applicant’s situation and the preferred advisory service. The investment and average expense items announced as of 2026 are as follows:
